Read-only bank access

We connect to your bank accounts via trusted open banking providers (such as Fiskil) with read-only access. We never request permission to move, transfer, or modify funds. Your banking credentials are never stored by MyAiBank.

Encryption in transit and at rest

All data is encrypted using industry-standard TLS in transit and AES-256 at rest. Your financial data is protected whether it is being transmitted or stored.

We never sell your data

Your personal and financial data is used only to generate insights and answers for you. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or third-party marketers.

Minimal data access

We request only the data necessary to provide insights — transaction history, account balances, and merchant details. We do not access your personal banking credentials at any point.

Secure authentication

MyAiBank uses industry-standard authentication including Google OAuth and secure session tokens. Multi-factor authentication is supported.

Privacy Act compliance

We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information.
