What MyAiBank Provides MyAiBank provides AI-assisted budgeting, transaction insights, subscription tracking, and general money-management tools. MyAiBank does NOT: • provide financial advice • hold, transfer, or manage customer funds • provide credit assistance • act as a bank or ADI All content is general in nature and for information purposes only. 3. Subscriptions & Billing MyAiBank operates on a subscription model. Pricing, billing periods, and payment terms are displayed at checkout. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided after a free-trial period ends. 4. Your Responsibilities You agree not to: • misuse or attempt to reverse-engineer the platform • use the Services for unlawful purposes • share login credentials with others You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login information. 5. Third-Party Services MyAiBank integrates with third-party providers, including: • Open banking providers such as Fiskil • Payment processors such as Stripe • Email and communication platforms We are not responsible for downtime, errors, or actions by these external services. 6.
